What you can ask

You can ask us to tell you what account information we hold, to correct a name or email, to delete the account, or to give you a copy of the account fields we can export. You can appeal if we refuse.

We will not deny the free plan, change the price, or retaliate because you asked.

Sale and sharing

There is no sale of personal information and no share for targeted advertising to opt out of, because we do not do those things. The screen notice on the free plan, after the first week, is our own notice. It is not an ad from another company, and it does not follow you around the web.

To cancel a renewal, delete the account, or send a privacy request, open Settings in the app. You can also write to the address below.

How to ask

Write to info@gpstorm.productions from the email address on the account. Say whether you want access, correction, deletion, or a copy. We may ask you to confirm that you control the email, so we do not hand the account to someone else.

An authorized agent may write for you if the agent has written permission and we can confirm with you. California residents may use an agent that way.

We aim to answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will say so. If we refuse, we will say why and how to appeal by replying to that message.

What deletion does not erase

Deleting the account removes the sign-in and the plan record, subject to any payment record we must keep. Worksheets saved in a browser stay on that device until you remove them or clear the site data.
