Privacy policy
Updated October 24, 2026
Pass it Back (Math Problem Press) is operated by GP STORM PRODUCTIONS LLC, Daytona Beach, Florida. This notice says what the app collects, what it leaves on your device, and the choices you have in every U.S. state and the District of Columbia.
Who the account is for
Accounts are for teachers and other adults. A child should not create an account. Practice on a sheet does not ask for a student's name and does not open a student account.
The name line on a worksheet is blank. We do not collect the names you write on paper. A period you type stays in the browser on that device. It is not part of the account.
Information you give us
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a protected form of your password. We also store the plan on the account, how many worksheets the free plan has made today, requests sent to the desk, and the note the desk keeps when a plan is recorded.
A school plan stores the email address of each invited teacher, and the account of a teacher who accepts a seat. The person who pays can see those email addresses, change them, remove a seat, and see how many worksheets each seat has made.
If you write to us, we keep the message long enough to answer and to keep the record the law requires.
What stays on the device
Worksheets you save, the state you select, and your last topic settings are stored in the browser on that device. Practice answers are graded on the device. They are not sent to the account.
A share code rebuilds the same problems. It does not contain a student's name. The worked steps follow the state selected on the press that opens the code.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising. We do not run third-party ads. After the first week on the free plan, a short notice from us may appear on the screen. It never prints on the worksheet.
We do not ask for a precise location, contacts, or photos. A card number is entered on Stripe's payment page. We do not store it. If you later pay through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store processes the payment under its own policy.
Why we use account information
We use it to sign you in, apply the free daily limit, keep a school-plan seat with the right teacher, record a plan the desk has marked paid, and answer a request to access or delete the account.
The free plan allows 3 new worksheets a day. Opening a sheet already saved on the device does not count. Practice does not count.
Who else handles it
The public site is hosted for us, and account records are stored in a database those hosts operate. They may process the information only to provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the people who use the press.
We do not send worksheet problems to an advertising network.
How long we keep it
You may cancel a renewal or ask us to delete the account in Settings. You may also write to the address below. Deleting the account removes the sign-in. We may keep a short record of a payment, a desk entry, or a legal claim. It does not delete the other teachers on a group plan.
Worksheets in the browser stay until you remove them or clear the browser. We cannot delete those from our side, because they are not on the account.
Children
Read the children's privacy notice for how Pass it Back (Math Problem Press) treats information about children under 13. The short version is that we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the account, or to appeal a refusal. Write to info@gpstorm.productions from the email on the account. We will not charge you a different price or close the free plan because you asked.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, or another state with a consumer privacy law, those rights apply here even when the statute's wording differs. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define a sale or a share for advertising, so there is no sale to opt out of.
The separate privacy choices page tells an authorized agent how to write to us.
Security and changes
We protect account records with the controls our host and sign-in system provide. No method is perfect. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top. Continued use after that date means the new notice applies. Questions go to info@gpstorm.productions.
